Healthy Hump Day Happiness

Another hump day at home means making more healthy happiness! Give our Healthy Reese’s Cookie Dough Cups a go and make this day even better!



  • 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder 
  • 2–4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 gluten free cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Cookie Dough Ingredients

  • 1/4 Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Whisk the coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Fill a regular size muffin tin with paper liners. Pour a small amount of the cocoa mixture (1-2 tablespoons)into the paper cups. Drop a small spoonful of cookie dough (2-3 teaspoons) into the center of each cup. Divide remaining chocolate amongst the cups.

Cookie Dough Instructions

  • In a stand alone mixer or medium bowl whisk together the oats, coconut sugar, and sea salt until combined. Add 1/3 cup of the almond milk, and vanilla and blend. If the mixture is too dry, add up to another 1-2 tablespoons of almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture resembles cookie dough. Add the chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute throughout.
